Upcycling Paneled Straight Jeans
The Upcycling Paneled Straight Jeans are built from scraps using individual pieces reclaimed from different vintage jeans. Rather than altering an existing pair, NTMB selects denim offcuts and salvaged panels, cuts them into new sections, and stitches them together to construct an entirely new garment.
Contrasting blue washes, original fading and visible seam lines give each panel its own history. The asymmetric patchwork continues from the front to the back, creating a distinctive straight-leg silhouette where no two pairs are exactly alike.

Materials & construction
Reclaimed vintage denim sourced from existing jeans and offcuts. Different blue denim pieces are carefully combined and sewn into a new pair of jeans from the ground up.
Made from what already exists
Our approach gives discarded denim a new purpose. Each pair is individually reconstructed from vintage material rather than cut from a roll of newly made denim. Because every source garment is different, wash, patch placement and subtle construction details may vary from the photographs. This individuality is part of the design.
