Upcycling Paneled Oversized Denim Jacket

The Upcycling Paneled Oversized Denim Jacket is constructed from scratch using reclaimed pieces of vintage jeans and denim offcuts. Rather than simply altering an existing jacket, NTMB selects individual fabric panels, cuts and reassembles them to build a new oversized denim jacket.

Contrasting light and dark blue washes, original fading and visible seams form an asymmetric patchwork across the front, back and sleeves. Each reclaimed panel retains traces of its previous life, giving the finished garment a unique character.

Designed as the matching jacket to our Upcycling Paneled Straight Jeans, this piece brings the same reconstructed denim approach into a relaxed, oversized silhouette.

Materials & Construction

Reclaimed vintage blue denim. Existing denim fragments are selected, cut and stitched together from the ground up to create a new jacket rather than reworking an intact jacket.

Individuality

Each garment is handcrafted using available vintage materials. Wash, panel placement, fading and subtle construction details may differ slightly from the photographs; these variations are inherent to the upcycling process.
