Jeans Carpenter Black

The Vintage Reworked Carpenter Baggy Jeans Black are reconstructed from vintage black denim jeans selected from the NTMB archive.

Originally designed with a straight-leg silhouette, the vintage jeans are deconstructed and transformed by widening the crotch to create a completely new baggy fit.

The front features an elaborate handcrafted carpenter patchwork created using reclaimed denim scraps and original details recovered from other vintage jeans. Pockets, waistbands, belt loops and different denim elements are individually selected, repositioned and sewn onto the original garment.

Layered black denim, exposed stitching, metal eyelets, distressed details and raw frayed edges highlight the handmade reconstruction process.

Craftsmanship

Each pair begins with an existing pair of vintage straight-leg jeans selected from the NTMB archive. The original garment is individually reconstructed by widening the crotch and modifying its proportions to achieve a relaxed baggy silhouette.

Carpenter-inspired patchwork is created using reclaimed materials and original construction elements recovered from other vintage jeans. Pockets, waistbands, belt loops and denim panels are individually selected, arranged and sewn onto the front of the garment.

Exposed seams, raw edges, distressed details and heavily frayed hems emphasize the handmade construction and preserve the original character of the vintage denim.

Due to the use of vintage garments and reclaimed materials, differences in wash, texture, patch placement and original denim details make every pair unique.

Sustainability

Created through NTMB's signature upcycling process, these jeans give new life to an existing vintage garment and denim scraps recovered from other jeans.

By transforming the original silhouette and reusing existing pockets, waistbands and construction details, NTMB extends the lifecycle of vintage denim while reducing the need for newly produced materials.
