Upcycled Firebird Zebra Denim Track Pants
The Upcycled Firebird Zebra Denim Track Pants reinterpret a pair of vintage adidas track pants through NTMB’s signature upcycling process.
The original black tracksuit is used as the base for an all-over patchwork made from reclaimed blue denim scraps. Each denim piece is individually cut, positioned and sewn by hand to create an irregular zebra-inspired pattern running across the front and back of both legs.
Different shades of blue denim contrast with the original black technical fabric and white three-stripe detailing. Raw edges, exposed threads and naturally frayed denim give the surface a distressed texture while preserving the identity of the original vintage garment.

Craftsmanship
Each denim element is cut by hand from reclaimed fabric scraps and individually arranged across the original vintage track pants to build the zebra-inspired pattern.
The patches are sewn directly onto the garment, leaving raw edges and exposed threads visible as part of the construction. Variations in denim wash, color, texture, fraying and patch placement make every piece unique.
Sustainability
Created through an upcycling process using an existing vintage garment and reclaimed denim scraps. Rather than producing a new base garment, NTMB reconstructs existing materials through handwork, extending their life and transforming them into a new one-of-one piece.
