Made to order

Our pieces are handmade after your order in NTMB Studio. Production and dispatch normally take 5 business days, unless a different preparation time is specified on the product page. Our studio will confirm your estimated dispatch date by email or WhatsApp. If you need a piece by a specific date, contact us before ordering.

After dispatch

Delivery usually takes up to 4 business days after dispatch.

 Timing varies by destination, so this is an indication rather than a guaranteed date. Preparation time is separate from transit time.

*Customs inspections and clearance procedures may delay delivery beyond the estimated times. These delays are outside NTMB’s control.

Import duties and taxes

Shipping and applicable product taxes are shown at checkout according to your destination and our Shopify settings. Import duties are paid by the customer.

All our products have been created through a creative and independent upcycling process, using original items legally purchased.
